relating to capital investment; appropriating money for the Duluth Art Institute.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin DULUTH ART INSTITUTE; APPROPRIATION.

$225,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the Duluth Art Institute Association
to predesign a new facility to operate as a regional arts center and to design repairs to the
Duluth Art Institute's existing building in the Lincoln Park neighborhood in Duluth.
