relating to legacy; appropriating money for Riverfront Trail in Fergus Falls.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; FERGUS FALLS RIVERFRONT TRAIL.

$700,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of Fergus Falls to construct the
Riverfront Trail and regional connections to the trail.
