relating to legacy; extending prior appropriations from parks and trails fund for
city of Sandstone.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The portions of the appropriations from the parks and trails fund in Laws 2019, First
Special Session chapter 2, article 3, section 3, paragraph (b), and Laws 2021, First Special
Session chapter 1, article 3, section 3, paragraph (b), that were granted to the city of
Sandstone for the Robinson Park project are available until June 30, 2025.
