relating to capital investment; appropriating money to renovate The Wellstone
Center in the city of St. Paul.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; THE WELLSTONE CENTER RENOVATION.

$2,500,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to The Neighborhood House to
renovate The Wellstone Center in the city of St. Paul. This appropriation is onetime and is
available until expended or canceled, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
