BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

ACCOUNT.

new text begin $40,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of public safety for deposit in the disaster assistance contingency account established under
Minnesota Statutes, section 12.221, subdivision 6. This is a onetime appropriation.
