A bill for an act
 relating to housing; appropriating money for a grant to JADT Development Group
for the Satori Village Development.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $800,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota
Housing Finance Agency for a grant to JADT Development Group for the Satori Village
Development, a mixed-income and mixed-age housing project. This is a onetime
appropriation. This appropriation is available until expended.
