relating to capital investment; appropriating money for fuel and e-charging
infrastructure in the city of Hastings.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; HASTINGS FUEL AND E-CHARGING STATIONS.

new text begin $750,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for a grant to the city of Hastings to acquire property, design, and construct
fuel and e-charging stations for municipal fleet vehicles. This appropriation is available
until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
This is a onetime appropriation.
