BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$8,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Northern Township to predesign, design,
engineer, construct, furnish, equip, and install a sanitary sewer and a water main extension
from the city of Bemidji.
