relating to transportation; appropriating money for improvements to a transportation
facility in Hutchinson.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $4,400,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for a grant to McLeod County to provide for the nonstate share of
construction of a tempered vehicle and equipment storage building and a fueling facility at
the Hutchinson Area Transportation Services facility in the city of Hutchinson. This is a
onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2023.
