A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money to the Public Facilities Authority
for the purpose of debt relief for the Duluth North Shore Sanitary District.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin DULUTH NORTH SHORE SANITARY DISTRICT DEBT RELIEF;
APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $520,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a
grant to the Duluth North Shore Sanitary District to retire debt of the district in order to
bring the district's monthly wastewater rates in line with those of similarly situated facilities
across the state.
