Screening and Enrollment portal.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATIONS; MINNESOTA PROVIDER SCREENING AND
ENROLLMENT PORTAL.

new text begin (a) $....... in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for a new computer server to host and operate the Minnesota Provider
Screening and Enrollment portal. This is a onetime appropriation.

new text begin (b) $....... in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for a new testing environment to host and operate the Minnesota Provider
Screening and Enrollment portal.
