BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,650,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for shelter-linked youth mental health grants under Minnesota Statutes,
section 256K.46.
