relating to human services; appropriating money for methamphetamine abuse
grants.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$125,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for grants to existing programs in Anoka County that received grant
funds under Laws 2007, chapter 147, article 19, section 3, subdivision 8, as amended by
Laws 2008, chapter 317, section 3, and that treat methamphetamine abuse and abuse of
other substances, focusing on women identified as substance abusers with dependent children.
