loan processing.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin EXPEDITED FARM LOAN PROCESSING; APPROPRIATION.

$80,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of agriculture to hire an additional person to expedite the processing of Rural Finance
Authority loan applications and reduce applicant wait times. This is a onetime appropriation.
