A bill for an act
relating to human services; modifying provisions governing cultural and ethnic
communities leadership council; amending Minnesota Statutes 2020, section
256.041, by adding a subdivision; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2020, section
256.041, subdivision 10.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 256.041, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

section 15.059, subdivision 3.

Expiration.

The council expires on June 30, 2022.
