relating to capital investment; appropriating money for restoration of the honey
house and wax shed at Hofmann Apiaries.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin HOFMANN APIARIES RESTORATION; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $225,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota
Historical Society for a grant to the Waseca County Historical Society to complete phase
II of the restoration of the Hofmann Apiaries honey house and wax shed. This is a onetime
appropriation and is available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to
Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642. This appropriation does not require a nonstate match.
