A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; amending an appropriation for the Ohuta Beach
breakwater in the city of Lake City; amending Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session
chapter 3, article 1, section 7, subdivision 18.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 7, subdivision
18, is amended to read:


Subd. 18.

Lake City; Ohuta Beach Breakwater

For a grant to the city of Lake City to designnew text begin ,
