A bill for an act
 relating to liquor; authorizing a farm winery license to be issued to a producer of
sake under certain circumstances.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin FARM WINERY LICENSE; SAKE PRODUCER.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 340A.315, subdivision 9, or any other law,
an establishment producing sake in this state prior to March 1, 2012, may be issued a farm
winery license under Minnesota Statutes, section 340A.315. Minnesota Statutes, section
340A.315, subdivision 4, shall not apply with respect to a farm winery license issued under
this section.
