relating to capital investment; appropriating money for capital improvements to
the Central Square Cultural and Civic Center in the city of Glenwood.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; CENTRAL SQUARE CULTURAL AND CIVIC
CENTER.

new text begin $4,500,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to Pope County to design, construct,
renovate, equip, and furnish capital improvements, including roof replacement, to the Central
Square Cultural and Civic Center in the city of Glenwood.
