BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; VELODROME PLANS.

$250,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota
Amateur Sports Commission to determine a site and plans for a new velodrome for track
cycling.
