BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; PALLIATIVE CARE ADVISORY COUNCIL.

new text begin $44,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $44,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of health for the Palliative Care Advisory Council under
Minnesota Statutes, section 144.059. This is a onetime appropriation.
