BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$12,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated to the commissioner of transportation
for a grant to Independent School District No. 112, Eastern Carver County Schools, for land
acquisition, predesign, design, engineering, and construction of a new bus garage.
