BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 162.09, subdivision 4, the city of Wayzata
is deemed to have a population of 5,000 or more for purposes of receiving municipal state-aid
streets funding under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 162.
