relating to capital investment; appropriating money for a YMCA facility in St.
Paul.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$6,000,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities
to predesign, design, construct, furnish, and equip a renovated building in downtown St.
Paul for a YMCA health and fitness center.
