A bill for an act
 relating to workforce development; appropriating money for an advanced digital
technology center for orthotics and prosthetics.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin ADVANCED DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY CENTER; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $15,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to Century College for development
of an advanced digital technology center for orthotics and prosthetics to provide workforce
training and education on high-end digital technologies, with a focus on innovation and
industry collaboration. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until expended.
