relating to charter schools; allowing a charter school authorizer to open the Sisu
Environmental School for the 2021-2022 school year.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 124E.06, subdivision 4, Innovative Quality
Schools may open the Sisu Environmental School for the 2021-2022 school year if its
application to operate the charter school is approved by the commissioner.
