BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$230,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2022 from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Northrop for costs
incurred by the city related to an elevator explosion and fire that occurred from December
28 to 30, 2017.
