relating to agriculture; appropriating money for county fairs.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA STATE COUNTY FAIRS.

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for distribution in equal amounts to
each of the state's county fairs to preserve and promote Minnesota agriculture.
