BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$6,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $6,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of human services for grants to new or existing adult
mental health initiatives under Minnesota Statutes, section 245.4661, subdivision 1.
