 relating to capital investment; amending a project description for an earlier-enacted
appropriation for an Arden Hills water main project; amending Laws 2020, Fifth
Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 22, subdivision 6.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 22, subdivision
6, is amended to read:

Arden Hills; Water Main
