A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; designating a segment of marked U.S. Highway 12 in
Howard Lake as Chief Daryl "Taddy" Drusch Memorial Highway; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 161.14, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

U.S. Highway 12 within the city limits of Howard Lake is designated as "Chief Daryl
"Taddy" Drusch Memorial Highway." Subject to section 161.139, the commissioner must
adopt a suitable design to mark this highway and erect appropriate signs.
