A bill for an act
 relating to agriculture; prohibiting certain pesticide and fertilizer coatings; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2020, sections 18B.07, by adding a subdivision; 18C.201, by
adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 18B.07, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

or apply a pesticide coated with plastic or another material that is not readily biodegradable.

Sec. 2.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 18C.201, is amended by adding a subdivision to
read:
