BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$600,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2022 from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources to assist in developing and implementing a high-resolution digital
elevation model for the Red River of the North basin.
