relating to higher education; requiring reimbursement to certain students.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin REIMBURSEMENT TO CERTAIN STUDENTS.

The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities shall refund the online differential tuition
rate charged to students for online courses during the 2020-2021 academic year that were
not offered as online courses during the previous academic year.
