Minnesota.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$800,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $800,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to
Enterprise Minnesota, Inc. for the small business growth acceleration program under
Minnesota Statutes, section 116O.115. This is a onetime appropriation.
