A bill for an act
relating to transportation; capital investment; appropriating money for Twin Cities,
Milwaukee, Chicago (TCMC) passenger rail.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin TWIN CITIES, MILWAUKEE, CHICAGO (TCMC) PASSENGER RAIL;
APPROPRIATION.

$10,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for final design and construction to provide for a second daily Amtrak
train service between Minneapolis and St. Paul and Chicago.
