relating to higher education; restricting additional fees and differential tuition for
certain online courses; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes,
chapters 136F; 137.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin The board shall not charge a fee or differential tuition for an online course if an equivalent
in-person, on-campus course is not available. This does not apply to programs of study that
are completely online.
