BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the Minnesota Department of Education must
include the Tribal Nations Education Committee in the next review of state social studies
standards regarding the history of our indigenous nations.
