 relating to workforce development; appropriating money for a grant to Minnesota
Diversified Industries, Inc.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA DIVERSIFIED INDUSTRIES, INC.

new text begin $450,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the workforce development fund to
the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Minnesota
Diversified Industries, Inc., to provide progressive development and employment
opportunities for people with disabilities. This is in addition to any other appropriation for
this purpose. The base for this appropriation in fiscal years 2022 and 2023 is $450,000.
