 relating to human services; requiring a COVID-19 response impact assessment.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin COVID-19 RESPONSE IMPACT ASSESSMENT.

new text begin County human service and public health agencies shall conduct a COVID-19 response
impact assessment. The assessment must cover the impacts of county business and service
shutdowns on the incidence of mental health concerns, family and child abuse, and suicide.
The assessment shall compare pre- and post-COVID-19 circumstances, differentiating
between urban, suburban, ex-urban, and agricultural settings.
