BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin NONTOXIC AMMUNITION VOUCHERS; APPROPRIATION.

$....... in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the game and fish fund to the commissioner
of natural resources to provide vouchers for nontoxic ammunition to participants in firearms
safety certification training who successfully complete the training. This is a onetime
appropriation.
