relating to natural resources; appropriating money to convert ash forests on state
lands.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; CONVERTING ASH FORESTS ON STATE LANDS.

$500,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the forest management investment
account in the natural resources fund to the commissioner of natural resources to identify
and convert ash forests on state lands to climate-adapted species.
