A bill for an act
relating to public safety; transferring money to the disaster contingency account.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin DISASTER CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT.

$30,000,000 in fiscal year 2020 is transferred from the general fund to the commissioner
of public safety for deposit in the disaster assistance contingency account established under
Minnesota Statutes, section 12.221, subdivision 6. This is a onetime transfer.
