relating to natural resources; appropriating money for ring dikes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$300,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources for constructing ring dikes under Minnesota Statutes, section 103F.161.
The ring dikes may be publicly or privately owned.
