A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money to reimburse the city of Mendota
for road repairs.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MENDOTA; ROAD REPAIRS.

new text begin $240,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of employment and
economic development for a grant to the city of Mendota to reimburse the city for
expenditures made to repair city roads damaged by excessive rainfall in June 2016. This
appropriation does require a nonstate contribution.
