relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for improvements to
repurposed school building in Delavan.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin REPURPOSED SCHOOL BUILDING; DELAVAN.

new text begin $8,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the
commissioner of administration for a grant to DHS, Inc., for improving a repurposed school
building in the city of Delavan, including installing eave troughs and repairing water damage.
This appropriation is onetime and is available until expended or the project is abandoned,
subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
