relating to housing finance; appropriating money for a grant to Open Hands
Foundation.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$150,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for a grant to the Open Hands Foundation serving
Carver County to provide medical and mental health services and emergency homeless
shelter housing. This appropriation is added to the base.
