A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for the renovation of the
Litchfield Opera House.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin LITCHFIELD OPERA HOUSE.

new text begin $100,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of employment and
economic development for a grant to the Greater Litchfield Opera House Association to
renovate, furnish, and equip the Litchfield Opera House. This appropriation does not require
a contribution from nonstate sources.
