BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,500,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant
to Summit Academy OIC to expand their contextualized GED and employment placement
program and STEM program.
