A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; appropriating money for I-94/U.S. Highway 10
Mississippi River crossing feasibility study.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; I-94/U.S. HIGHWAY 10 MISSISSIPPI RIVER
CROSSING.

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
transportation for a feasibility study of a Mississippi River crossing to connect marked
Interstate Highway 94 in Dayton, in the vicinity of the impending interchange with Hennepin
County State-Aid Highway 101, known as Brockton Lane, to marked U.S. Highway 10 in
Ramsey, in the vicinity of the interchange with Armstrong Boulevard. From this
appropriation, the commissioner may provide grants to a local unit of government. This is
a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2021.
